Yoel is responsible for Medison’s global policy, regulations, quality, PV, pricing and technology assessments. He also oversees market access strategy and execution. 

Prior to joining Medison, Yoel was Deputy Director General for Health Care Organizations and Supplementary Insurance at the Ministry of Health. He also served as a member of the National Health Services (“Health Basket”) Committee for six years, where he took part in policy setting, health plan regulation and reforms, including patients’ copayments, GMP Guidelines, technology assessment and price setting.

A qualified lawyer in Israel, Yoel holds a Bachelor’s of Law degree (LL.B.), a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and an MBA degree, all from Bar Ilan University.
