Ron is the company’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of the company's global financial activities.
Prior to becoming CFO, Ron served as Medison's Chief of Staff, where he successfully managed and fused cross-organizational processes, ensuring alignment and efficiency throughout the company.
Before joining Medison, Ron held several leadership positions, including Vice President at Shamrock, a private equity fund, and a consultant at KPMG Corporate Finance Israel.
Ron is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting. He also earned an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
