Olivier is Executive Advisor and member of the Global Leadership Team at Medison. As one of the founders of Medison’s presence in Asia Pacific, he played a central role in building the region’s operations, expanding partnerships, and helping bring breakthrough therapies to patients across diverse markets. 

With more than 35 years of international leadership in the biopharmaceutical industry, Olivier combines deep strategic insight with a personal commitment to improving patient access. He has held senior roles across Europe, the U.S., and Asia, giving him a unique perspective on navigating complex healthcare systems and driving sustainable growth. His experience spans affiliate, regional, and corporate levels, where he developed a profound understanding of bringing innovative therapies for specialty care and rare diseases to patients. His expertise includes managing complex operations, executing growth strategies, and leading geographical and strategic expansion. 

In his current role, Olivier leads global strategic cross-functional projects, supporting Medison’s mission to build a global commercial platform and create lasting impact for patients worldwide. 

Olivier holds a master’s degree in life sciences from the ENSAIA and a master’s in food and agro-industry management from the ESSEC business school.
