Gil is the company’s Chief Operating Officer, leading all global aspects of the company’s operations, including supply chain, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and pharmacovigilance.
As an accomplished operations executive, Gil has demonstrated his leadership abilities in complex business environments and has garnered diverse experience in global operations, operations strategy, and execution.
Prior to joining Medison, he held executive positions at companies such as Ethicon, Johnson & Johnson, where he served as the Director of Biosurgery & Global External Plan.
Gil holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering. He also holds an MBA from Ben Gurion University.
