We conduct an annual survey to gather valuable insights into employee satisfaction, engagement, and workplace experience, enabling us to strengthen two-way communication, identify strengths and areas for improvement and build clear, actionable plans to enhance the employee experience. We leverage various feedback channels throughout the year to ensure employees are heard, valued, and empowered to shape their work environment. Sustainability
We strive to minimize our environmental footprint through sustainable practices and are continually looking for ways to improve. From reducing paper use and promoting waste segregation to encouraging reusable alternatives and choosing green-certified offices with plant-integrated designs, we strive to embed sustainability into our daily operations. Additionally, we work to enhance energy efficiency by installing motion sensors for office lighting, selecting energy-efficient equipment, and trying to ensure our vehicles align with CO2 emissions standards. By following an ESG mindset and aligning with global environmental guidelines, we remain committed to reducing our ecological impact and fostering a more sustainable world.
Collaborations
Collaborations are at the heart of Medison’s mission to create meaningful social impact. As part of our business model, we work in close partnership with biotech companies to ensure patient access to groundbreaking therapies. Beyond this, and as members of a broader healthcare ecosystem, we constantly collaborate with healthcare organizations, patient advocacy groups, NGOs, academic institutions, and health authorities to drive equitable access to innovative treatments.
Through initiatives such as compassionate use programs and accessibility projects, we work hand-in-hand with health organizations to ensure that life-saving therapies reach those who need them most.
We constantly engage with patient organizations to better understand the needs of the patient communities and to improving the entire patient journey. Every year Medison teams around the globe demonstrate this through inspiring actions, making community contributions a natural extension of their work.
As a company dedicated to improving health, we focus our social impact efforts on supporting patients, caregivers, and communities facing health challenges. By leveraging our expertise, resources, and the dedication of our people, we aim to create meaningful and lasting change where it matters most.
In 2024 we saw our Medisonians hold blood drives in Romania and plant trees in Croatia, turning care into action. In Bosnia & Hercegovina they raised awareness for breast cancer, ran to fund research on Sarcoma and Melanoma in Poland, helped lonely seniors in Latvia, donated essentials to children in need in Slovakia, helped refugees in Canada, built safe play facilities for children with special needs in Israel, and so much more, demonstrating the strength of values going far beyond the workplace.
These initiatives reflect Medison’s unwavering values of care and collaboration. Every Medisonian contributes to a culture where making an impact—whether for patients or communities—is a core part of who we are and what we do.
