Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Market Access Manager to join our team in South Korea.

This position will support the Head of Market Access across a range of market access activities, including pricing and reimbursement (P&R) strategy execution, stakeholder engagement, and market access operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare pricing and reimbursement submissions for innovative therapies, particularly in rare diseases and oncology.
  • Lead and manage external vendors to develop optimal pricing strategy and develop value dossier.
  • Coordinate and support interactions with external stakeholders including health authorities, payers, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Assist in market research and landscape analysis related to healthcare policy, reimbursement trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Help organize internal cross-functional meetings and contribute to the development of market access strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Policy, Public Health, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-10 years of experience in Market Access, Health Economics, Government Affairs, or related roles in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred.
  • Understanding of the Korean healthcare and reimbursement system is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Korean and professional proficiency in English.
