The Payroll Specialist works with accounting and payroll partners across countries (global), maintaining accurate data, controls, and instructions to ensure smooth payroll delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate payroll processes across multiple countries in partnership with external payroll providers. 
  • Collect, validate, and review payroll inputs to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. 
  • Act as a key point of contact for payroll-related matters, partnering with HR, Finance, employees, and external vendors. 
  • Review payroll calculations, support approvals, and ensure payroll reporting and compliance requirements are met. 
  • Coordinate payroll payments and resolve payroll and banking-related issues. 
  • Maintain employee payroll records, supporting new hires, employment changes, and terminations. 
  • Assist with payroll accounting activities, including journal entries and reconciliations. 
  • Support audits, vendor onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives. 


Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a multinational environment. 
  • Strong English communication skills. 
  • Acquaintance with NetSuite ERP Systems 
  • Accurate and detailed oriented high level of analytical and professional skills 
  • Working with the Finance HQ department & HR Department 
  • Working with accounting and payroll partners in all regions 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
