The Medical Head position is the most senior medical representative in Czech Republic with strategic and operational accountability.
As Medical Head, you will manage all medical activities for the products under your responsibility in Czech Republic. Provide expert medical support, including education to the respective marketing teams and company divisions; hire, manage, develop and lead the Medical Affairs Managers (MAMs) and Medical Science Liaisons (MSL) in your teams, where appropriate.
You will be the expert on the Medison’s products in Czech Republic, disease states, and areas of research and drives strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) at peer-to-peer level, developing their knowledge and providing solutions to support appropriate use of medicines for better patient outcomes
You will report to the Medical Head Central EPM and work in close partnership with the Country Manager. You will be an active member of Leadership Team in Czech Republic.
