The Product Manager Oncology will play a key role in shaping and executing Medison’s oncology portfolio strategy. This role partners closely with cross‑functional colleagues - including Medical, Market Access, and the Key Account Management team - to drive successful product performance across the lifecycle, ensure excellence in product launches, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in the oncology ecosystem. The incumbent will actively evaluate business opportunities, contribute to strategic planning, and deliver innovative, compliant commercial initiatives that support short‑ and long‑term business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Cooperate in the development of Medison Czechia portfolio and company strategies with Oncology and evaluate business opportunities.
  • Maximize lifecycle product performance through excellence in aligned and innovative planning and execution.
  • Executing successfully against all agreed business plans and Company initiatives.
  • Builds strong professional cross functional relationships and maintain strong relationship with key partners.
  • Actively participates in business meetings with partners including partner training sessions, conferences, etc.
  • Prepare and implement product launches.
  • Update/develop product brochures, sales aids, advertisements, electronic communication tools and other promotional materials.
  • Allocate and monitor Advertising & Promotion Budget.
  • Initiate diagnosis programs, disease awareness projects (if it is needed).
  • Initiate local market research (if it is needed).
  • Organize/participate on national/international congresses and Organize symposiums.
  • Cooperate and make synergies with Medical Manager in the above activities.
  • Build cooperation with the Association Group(s) through activities organized with Medical& Market Access support.
  • Work in accordance to company SOPs and compliance procedures.
  • Actively participate at trainings organized by partner companies.
  • Proactively observe the markets and trends, bring issues, risks and opportunities.
  • Monitor sales activities of competitors, their strategies and respond in adequate way according to the strategic objectives.
  • Work in accordance with Medison's code of ethics and guidelines set by the compliance and Regulatory department.


Requirements

  • Preferably a Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Medicine, Biology, Chemistry), or economical sciences.
  • +2 years’ experience in pharma in commercial role, company with innovative products ideally with experience in a startup environment.
  • Proven success in leading the marketing or management of a multi-brand portfolio.
  • Launch innovative products experience is an advantage.
  • Proven ability in market analysis.
  • Has a proven reputation in the market with strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strategic understanding and outlook.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across senior stakeholders internally and externally.
