Shai is Medion’s VP Finance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering growth through innovative financial practices. With over two decades of experience, primarily in the healthcare and high-tech sectors, Shai has a proven track record spanning various aspects of business leadership, including financial reporting, accounting strategy, and operations. In his most recent positions, Shai served as the CFO of Tuttnauer and Global VP Finance at Candela Medical (Syneron Medical LTD), overseeing financial reporting due diligence and more. He is also a lecturer at Bar-Ilan University. Shai is a certified public accountant (Israel). He holds an MBA from the Hebrew University Jerusalem, specializing in Financing and Information Technology, and a BA in Accounting and Economics and is also a lecturer at Bar-Ilan University.
