Anat is the company’s Chief People Officer, overseeing the global human resources function, responsible for developing and executing strategies that encompass hiring, training, professional development, performance management, employee experience, and engagement. Prior to joining Medison, Anat was an organizational and personal development consultant, and has held leadership roles in leading global technology and healthcare companies. In her previous role at Align Technology, Anat played a pivotal role in scaling the organization rapidly by establishing a robust HR global infrastructure. Anat holds an M.A. Cum Laude in Counselling Psychology from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. Cum Laude in Psychology and General Studies from the University of Haifa.
