She has successfully navigated complex legal and regulatory matters, managed multiple M&A and other transactions, and implemented governance frameworks, and compliance and ethics programs. Her expertise in corporate governance, risk management, along with her vast transactional experience has been instrumental in supporting business expansion, ensuring regulatory alignment, and fostering ethical and sustainable growth in dynamic global markets. With extensive expertise in navigating legal complexities, Tali is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of compliance and ethics.
