Yael manages Medison's global business development and is responsible for licensing and investments, securing the company's future product pipeline. She also oversees the market research and scientific teams, supporting Medison's business development strategy.

Yael served as Medical Manager of Medison’s Rare Diseases division, where she managed over 20 products, leading to successful launches and reimbursements.

Prior to joining Medison, Yael worked as a clinician in the department of Oral & Maxillofacial Rehabilitation and conducted clinical trials in the HBMT department at Hadassah Medical Center. Yael supported the implementation of new reforms in the Israeli Ministry of Health.

Yael holds a DMD and Ph.D., from the Hebrew University and a post-doctoral training at the Weizmann Institute of Sciences. She was also a short-term Fellow at Kings College, London. Yael is a member of the 8400 Network and a Co-Founder of WE@Healthtech.
