The Veeva CRM Team Lead owns the end‑to‑end success of our enterprise ecosystem, supporting ~300 Commercial, Medical and Compliance users. You will lead a small internal team, coordinate external service providers, and partner with key business users to maximize business value. The role blends strategic product ownership, hands‑on technical leadership, and people‑centric stakeholder management. Success demands deep Veeva expertise, pharma best‑practice experience, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and develop the internal Veeva team, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
  • Define and own the multi‑year roadmap for Veeva CRM and associated Vault applications.
  • Manage external vendors, including scope, SLAs, budgets and performance reviews.
  • Translate evolving Commercial, Medical and Compliance needs into platform capabilities, balancing user experience and compliance.
  • Lead Veeva-related projects from discovery through go‑live, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
  • Design and deliver onboarding and up‑skilling programs; produce SOPs and user guides.
  • Track platform KPIs, user satisfaction and compliance metrics; identify and drive optimization opportunities.
  • Own and manage the Veeva operating budget, forecasting and optimizing spend.

Requirements

Required education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
  • At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with Veeva solutions (CRM and/or Vault) in pharma or life‑sciences.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing technical or functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of Veeva CRM configuration, Vault modules and integrations with other systems.
  • English – fluent (spoken and written).
  • Veeva certifications (e.g., Veeva Administrator, Developer) are a plus.
