We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts Payable to ensure the accuracy of financial records, handle vendors set up , banks and CC reconciliations.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring BS activity to ensure the accuracy of financial records and timely due payments, including AP reconciliation and resolve open issues related to AP.
- Centralizing all intercompany transactions within the Group.
- Centralizing Vendor setup
- Verifying implementation of the company’s processes and policies by external bookkeeping teams:
- bank & CC reconciliation
- FAM
- bill processing
- Concur expenses
- Participate in Ad-Hoc projects
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in a multinational company
- Highly proficient in English - must
- Acquaintance with NetSuite ERP Systems - Advantage
- Accurate and detailed oriented with a high level of analytical and professional skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of independence and self-examination
