Medison Israel is looking for a seasoned Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level administrative support the Company's General Manager. Reporting directly to VP, Medison Israel GM, the Personal Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Personal Assistant also serves as a liaison to the Leadership Team; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversees special projects. The Personal Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, the ability to adapt quickly and high work ethics, administrative, and organizational skills.


  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events, including scheduling f2f and virtual meetings with multiple internal & external participants and booking conference rooms.
  • Build the agenda for Medison Israel Leadership Team (LT) meetings and take meeting minutes.
  • Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives. Prepare expense reports
  • Manage purchase orders as necessary
  • Arrange and coordinate offsite LT meetings
  • Welcome guests from abroad arriving to GM’s office
  • Support the GM in finding solutions for various matters


  • Academic degree
  • Experienced in office administration of senior management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, PPT
  • Excellent level of English – written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Service orientation and "can do" attitude
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize and the ability to function well in a high-paced environment
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • High attention to details and problem-solving orientation
