The Compliance Operations Associate will be responsible for implementing global and regional compliance standards and supporting the development of Medison’s Compliance Program. This role involves ensuring the effective daily operation of the compliance department, including customer service, administrative management, and general operational support. The ideal candidate will balance operational efficiency with a strong commitment to compliance standards, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operational and administrative aspects of the compliance department, ensuring the effective implementation and day-to-day execution of the department’s tasks.
  • Monitoring and supporting the department’s daily operations, including providing general administrative assistance, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring compliance programs run smoothly.
  •  Manage the compliance documentation, coordinate and track training sessions to ensure employees complete training requirements and assist in preparing related presentations.
  • Offer support in the knowledge management system and ensure it is maintained effectively.
  • Coordinating meetings for the global compliance team, managing tasks and ensuring follow-ups, and facilitating communication across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor the use of IT systems within the compliance department, ensuring efficient operation and troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Play an active role in supporting ongoing projects aimed at strengthening the compliance infrastructure, performing necessary internal inspections, and making sure Medison and its partners adhere to all applicable laws and ethical business practices.

Requirements

  • Degree education
  • MS office capabilities
  • Presentation preparation and presenting skills, strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, operations, or compliance within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similar industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player
  • English- Fluent
