The FP&A is a full-time position, reporting to the Director of Business Development.

Responsibilities

·        Deliver key financial forecasting, along with insightful performance reporting and analysis, while engaging various stakeholders in the company

·        Oversee and manage the continued development of Financial Forecasting, and Modelling tools

·        Prepare detailed analysis, trends and KPI presentations for key stakeholders

·        Work closely with the relevant managers and analysts to develop forecast monitoring tools and reports.

·        Responsible for building financial models and methodologies, supporting the measuring and planning of the Corporate Develpoment level

performance

·        Financial business partner to the senior management and commercial teams by providing insights, helping with building the right KPIs and measuring

results.

·        Analyzing sales and profitable measures, and OPEX by compaering actual, forecast and budget.

·        Leading various ad-hoc analysis and process improvement projects to drive efficiency 

Requirements

·        B.A in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or Business administration (MBA is an advantage)

·        1-2 years of experience in a public pharma global company

·        Fluent written and spoken English

·        Highest standards of accuracy and precision

·        Storytelling and presentation abilities and strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills

·        Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.

·        Ability to show flexibility, initiative, and innovation when dealing with challenging situation.

·        Ability to manage many tasks in parallel according to priorities

·        Innovative, solution oriented, methodical

·        Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint - Must
