Customer Service Coordinator
About The Position
As Customer Service Coordinator, you will maintain relationships with current and potential accounts. You will resolve customer issues/problems, research and make recommendations for product enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders via ERP system, phone in a call center environment
- Following up with customers on quotes, orders
- Providing exceptional customer service, including professional communication via phone or email
- Maintaining department profitability through research, analysis, trending, defining problems and solutions
- Working with customers, associates and sales team
- Setting objectives, plans, follows up to ensure all goals are met on time
- Following up on customer order history as needed
Requirements
- High School diploma - Must
- 1-3 years of Customer Service work experience
- Excellent Communication Skills - able to speak clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective department operations
- Computer Skills- proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook)
- Knowledge of ERP system
