Medison Israel is looking for a Sales Representative for the Aesthetics Unit.
This role includes Sales to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and physicians for cosmetic use in private clinics.
• In-depth knowledge of the market and competitors.
• Establishing personal relationships with existing customers, identifying, and recruiting new customers.
• Identifying customer needs and finding applicable solutions.
• Selling products to physicians who perform injection procedures at their private clinics.
• Budget preparation and meeting annual sales and expense targets.
• Personally, handling the company's customers.
• Analysis of sales reports.
• Participating in conferences and workshops in Israel and abroad.
• BA degree - Must, BS degree in Biology - an advantage.
• Experience in sales and customer portfolio management.
• Relevant experience in aesthetics/cosmetics - an advantage.
• Professional, Assertive, Team player, and Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales ability.
• Strong ability to problem solves and find solutions (in a very competitive market).
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
