We seek a Product Specialist for the Hematology department - Lymphoma
The PS will be Responsible for the commercial aspects of products small to medium. Working with overseas partners, having an in-depth understanding of the field and KOLs. The position combines fieldwork, office work, and cross-country or overseas travel when required.
Responsibilities
- Territory management (working with HCPs and customers in the field) along with office tasks
- Build and present a strategic business marketing plan (Brand plan) and execute it.
- Market analysis and working with physicians, specialists, and KOL's.
- Work according to planned objectives, quality, and quantity. Arrange creative activities within budget specifications.
- Prepare and Implement marketing material (prepare presentations, flyers, manuals, etc.) and get the relevant regulation approvals according to the supplier's requirements.
- Handling scientific materials independently
- Identifying objections and weak points of the product, which arise from the field and building a coping strategy accordingly
- Working together with a medical manager and presenting relevant marketing and clinical information to the team
- Working in collaboration with colleagues and officials within the team and the company and with external service providers for administrative handling of product needs. Working in accordance with the company code of ethics and guidelines laid down by the regulatory department.
- Active participation in business meetings with overseas partners, training sessions, conferences, etc
- Participation in conferences in Israel and abroad.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience as a medical representative/product specialist in an international Pharma company.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or Para-Medicine – minimum.
- High level of English.
- Experience in building marketing plans.
- Experience in communication and working with HCPs
- High interpersonal and communication skills.
- Full proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS).
- Self-responsibility and high teamwork skills
- Availability and ability to transfer relevant information and messages
- Ability to harness the team to achieve the product goals Understanding the product as part of the set of tasks and goals of the team, the unit, and the company Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
