About The Position

As Digital Manager, you will be responsible for developing and successfully implementing digital marketing strategies and activities for various therapeutic areas and products across Medison Israel.

You are digital savvy, up-to-date with most recent trends and a source of knowledge regarding innovative digital solutions.

You will be the first point of contact for queries concerning multi-channel marketing, development of digital marketing solutions such as webinar tools, marketing automation systems and email marketing methods and will assist in expanding digital skills of marketing teams.

You will leverage your strong project management skills to coordinate projects with several stakeholders and partner with local marketing leadership. This role also includes preparation, development, and execution of integrated best-in-class and up-to- date media plans for various products and partnering with the IBT team to support apps, websites and overall digital growth.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out ongoing projects and activities with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the marketing team on the local HCPs and public audience journeys required for media agency briefings to create winning digital media plans
  • Partnering with a range of vendors and digital platforms to deliver digital plans that will support the company’s growth
  • Driving company-wide digital media efficiencies and marketing effectiveness improvement
  • Identifying and tracking KPIs to ensure digital programs are delivered vs. objectives
  • Managing and executing measurable, integrated digital marketing plans
  • Monitoring market functions and competitors in digital
  • Analyzing deviations from digital plans, creating recommendations and implementing corrective actions for the various products
  • Following the progress of each campaign to ensure weekly/monthly targets are delivered (leads, impressions, traffic).
  • Supporting the marketing teams to drive clarity on how data and analytics support digital/social strategy
  • Optimizing data reporting and analytics to deliver value and drive winning digital/social plans
  • Identifying new trends and insights, sharing best practices and optimizing investments in digital channels
  • Building relationship with our partners and grow best practices and digital milestones together
  • Leading and supporting digital marketing capabilities with the IBT team, IT and digital innovation hub (business development), and other members from the finance and commercial excellence team for cross company initiatives

Requirements

  • BA in Marketing, Economics, Management (Digital Marketing preferable)
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing with B2B focus and the ability to develop digital strategies & plans (at least 3 years of proven experience)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively, keep schedules and projects in order and up to speed
  • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge in data platforms and various systems such as ON24, ActiveTrail, VEEVA, Salesforce, HubSpot and more…
  • Passion for digital trends and solutions
