The Business Analyst will gather insights from various events, research, and other sources across the organization. They will utilize this information to develop presentations and communication materials specifically tailored for the CEO. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Business Analyst will be an essential member of the CEO Office team
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and insights related to the organization's goals and strategic initiatives.
- Develop presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate insights to stakeholders, primarily the CEO.
- Manage social media accounts and other communication channels of the CEO in cooperation with the corporate communication team.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed, providing analytical support and insights to drive decision-making.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop clear, compelling, and polished content.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to generate innovative insights.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools, with the ability to develop visually appealing and impactful presentations.
- Experience with social media platforms and the ability to create engaging content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a related role, such as business intelligence, strategy consulting, corporate communications, or another strategy/business role from a top-tier consulting firm or a fast-growing global company.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, challenging, and fast-paced environment, demonstrating dedication, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
