The Business Analyst will play a vital role within the CEO Office team, analyzing and interpreting data and research reports, generating insightful recommendations, and driving strategic initiatives forward. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Business Analyst will be an essential member of the CEO Office Team.

Responsibilities


  • Gather and analyze data from diverse sources, including the company's BI reports, budget reports, and CEO-available resources.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Perform research and analysis to identify trends and insights aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics for measuring progress towards strategic objectives.
  • Actively participate in special projects and initiatives, offering analytical support and insights to drive effective decision-making.
  • Develop and enhance presentation materials, incorporating visually appealing graphs, tables, and other aids to effectively communicate data-driven insights.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Ability to extract valuable insights from data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools, with the ability to develop visually appealing and impactful presentations.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant business consulting or strategy role, such as financial analysis, business intelligence, or project management, preferably from a top-tier consulting firm.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, challenging, and fast-paced environment, showcasing dedication, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
