About The Position

We're looking for a talented and experienced Analyst to join our growing Compliance department. As Compliance Analyst, you will ensure that company operations comply with internal standards and policies. You’ll also actively provide monitoring results and help drive compliance management. In addition, you'll help ensure that the company stays aligned with regulatory standards and fulfills the role of an in-house expert, keeping an eye on all developments and ensuring that compliance processes are fully implemented.

Reporting to the Corporate Compliance and Risk Manager.

The role requires routine interaction with all functions directly and indirectly related to site operations. Interaction with employees within their department, at all levels across the company. Also, interaction with representatives from our partners, customers, external Auditors, and global functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage risks-based due diligence (based on internal and external data) on relevant partners and/or vendors. Ensure appropriate mitigations based on the assigned risk level
  • Identify and act on internal risks and gaps in compliance program effectiveness. Devise/ advise global mitigation and corrective actions
  • identify potential indicators of risk in day-to-day business
  • Assist with preparing/reviewing the due diligence system and provide timely responses to auditor, partner, or internal requests
  • Act as the focal point for the monitoring and audit results
  • Reporting to management and other relevant functions on levels of compliance assurance and/or any issues arising from specific due diligence process
  • Full responsibility for providing all Monitoring-related compliance aspects and taking charge of the Headquarters Monitoring dashboard by analyzing monitoring results
  • Plan together with the compliance lead the scope and objective of the internal audit topic
  • Work with the Global Compliance operation manager to ensure the financial process complies with local statutory requirements and meets the corporate compliance policies and guidelines
  • Provide updated professional solutions to solve intricate problems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field required
  • English - excellent level (Speaking and Writing)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • High proficiency in excel and large databases with high accuracy and attention to details
  • Detailed and process-oriented; understanding of processes’ flow and ability to fix/improve them as needed
  • Excellent Priority skills or Oracle experience (advantage)
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, challenging, growth-oriented environment
  • Ability to fit and work collaboratively in a global environment
  • Ability to motivate employees, prioritize, multitask, and maintain flexibility
  • Service orientation and communication skills
