The HR Implementer Expert will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and development of the Human Resources Information System (HRIT) as well as managing the HRIT projects including scoping, planning, implementation, and monitoring. They will ensure that the HRIT meets the needs of the organization and complies with all regulatory requirements. The Specialist will provide support to HR users, perform system testing, manage data integrity, and develop reports and metrics. They may also manage and support other applications as required.

 

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the HRIT system to meet organizational requirements
  • Manage HRIT projects, including scoping, planning, implementation, and monitoring
  • Collaborate with HR users to understand their needs and provide system support
  • Perform system testing and coordinate upgrades and maintenance
  • Provide training to HR staff on the use of the HRIT system
  • Work closely with other IT staff to integrate the HRIT system with other systems and ensure data security
  • Develop custom reports and metrics to support HR decision-making
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to the HRIT system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience working with HRIT systems, including implementation, maintenance, and development
  • Strong technical skills in HRIT systems, databases, and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with HR and IT staff
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop reports and metrics
  • Experience with systems integration and data migration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working in a global company - Must
  • Experience within the Pharma industry - Advantage
  • Proficiency in English is required
