Medison Pharma is looking for an Aesthetic Sales Manager for the Aesthetics Unit.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing the human resources within the unit.
• Partner management.
• Manage sales and marketing strategies and execute the strategies through the sales team.
• Implement marketing objectives, policies, sales, and marketing programs to Maximize the business.
• Prioritize and propose investment opportunities to further advance growth.
• Consistently promote and nurture the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and compliance always, including our Global Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies and procedures.
Requirements
• University/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.
• Prior people management experience required (min of 5 years).
• Prior experience in sales (Medical device/ MedTech sales/Pharma related).
• Experience in digital campaigns.
• Previous experience with CLM & Priority applications.
• Sales management experience.
• Prior strategic roles, such as product management/ BUM.
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
• Strong, demonstrated leadership qualities, driven by a passion to excel in a customer-centric and innovative organization
• Excellent Hebrew and English.
