Admin Assistant for HR department
About The Position
Medison Pharma Group – one of the world's largest commercial partners of leading global biotech companies is looking for an Admin Assistant.
As an Admin Assistant, you will join our excellent HR team and support in HR activities, as well as support various ongoing projects to constantly enhance employee engagement, training, and welfare activities.

You will report to the VP HR.
- Assisting with day-to-day operations/admin of the HR team
- Providing administrative support to HR executives including managing calendars to schedule global meetings, conference calls, business travels, and more
- Assisting with internal projects
- Coordinating and executing employee welfare and Learning & Development activities
- Coordinating employees’ onboarding and offboarding processes
- Proven experience as an Assistant/Office Manager or relevant administrative position in a global organization
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills, proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Phenomenal coordination, administration and planning skills
- Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize, and multitask
- Proactive and highly discreet in handling highly sensitive, and confidential data
- Full-time position, in our offices in Petach Tikva and hybrid, when possible
- BA degree
