About The Position

Medison is in an exciting phase in its business development, global expansion, and organizational transformation. Strong infrastructure, tools, and processes are the keys to enabling growth and success. As part of this process, we plan to strengthen and grow our capabilities in Comp & Ben, Analytics and HRIS. Our goal is to build a global reliable database, which we can use to be able to compare Medison data to external surveys, internal processes.

Total Rewards work is a specialized area of Rewards focused on the design of a holistic framework of financial and non-financial rewards that reflects the organization’s strategy to attract, motivate, and retain employees including:

Researching and analyzing key perspectives (employee, external labor market, cost, and workforce requirements)

Incorporating traditional compensation and benefits elements as well as learning and development opportunities, career frameworks, and work/life benefits Exploring opportunities for segmentation to allow certain performance driving areas of the business to offer fundamentally different total rewards packages

Ongoing management, communication, and monitoring of plan results


Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards

  • Ongoing support in job offers – benchmark, exceptions, sign-on bonus
  • Benefits – global best practices: pension, health insurances, education funds, global Broker Management, phones, cars, meals, vacation days, bonus, STI, LTI
  • Recognition Programs
  • Yearly cycle process – merit increase, bonus, promotion, and total analytics of the processes
  • Supporting business units in building and updating compensation packages to meet the business needs.
  • Salary simulations
  • C&B review/s
  • A designated focal point to provide advice and counsel to the HR community
  • Participation and analysis of surveys and benchmarks (global, Local)

Analyze databases, market trends tracking (attrition, budgets, vacation, flexible environment, new trends, etc.)

HRIS and People Analytics

  • Actual vs budget (recruitment pace), HC - monitoring
  • HR data analysis to increase visibility and predictive indicators: Leavers (Voluntary/Involuntary), TTH (time to hire), Headcount analysis, Cost analysis, dimensions distributions (company, function, seniority, age, gender, etc.)
  • HR budget monitoring
  • Analyzing and processing data of the human resource content and turning it into managerial organizational information (KPI)
  • Database management
  • Research job requirements and evaluate job positions to ensure the company is competitive in the areas of salaries and employee benefits.
  • Monitoring key HR metrics and processes through advanced analytics
  • Monitoring rewards data in HR systems to assure data accuracy
  • Working closely with Finance on wages and HC budget
  • Ensure Comp data accuracy in HRIS


  • Bachelor's degree in Economics/Industrial Engineering/Business Administration/CPA/any similar analytical degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in the areas of salary and benefits, HRIS, Analytics.
  • Master of Business Administration - an advantage
  • English as MT or in a very high level
