As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will support our customers from the time they send us their orders until they receive the products.
Processing orders from customers received via email, fax, and automatic interfaces; answering phone calls and providing an estimated schedule for product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Receiving orders via automatic interfaces, inputting them, and processing the order.
- Issuing the packing slip and invoice.
- Handling the packing slip, scanning it, and charging it according to the type of customer.
- Processing returns and financial credits.
- Answering phone calls from customers.
- Answered internal phone calls from marketing employees and bookkeepers.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of Customer Service work experience
- Excellent Communication Skills - speaking clearly, concisely, and accurately to ensure effective department operations.
- Computer Skills- proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritization, and task management
- Highly service-orientated and able to work in a team.
- Initiative, creative problem solver, and takes personal responsibility.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Accurate and task-oriented.
