Responsibilities

Reporting to the Business Unit Head, Rare Diseases, the Key Account Manager, Rare Diseases will be responsible for managing the rare disease portfolio in Hungary in a professional and ethical manner.

The Key Account Manager Rare Disease will be responsible for initiating, developing and maintaining contact with KOL's and any relevant stakeholders in his/her territory. The Key Account Manager Rare Disease will be responsible for delivering on all commercial goals for the market, including successful product strategy and product launches and sales targets. You will perform your role in accordance with all manufacturer SOPs, Medison policies and SOPs and any relevant industry codes of conduct.You will liaise with stakeholders as appropriate, deepening Medison’s reputation.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be degree educated in life and/ or natural sciences, medicine, nursing, pharmaceutical or a similar discipline and have previous experience of working as a product specialist, key account manager or salesperson within the pharmaceutical sector.

Prior experience of working with rare disease portfolios would be a distinct advantage.

You will have a patient and customer centric approach, flexibility, experience of working in a multinational innovative pharmaceutical company and fluency in both English and Hungarian.
