About The Position


Reporting to the HR Director, the successful Talent Acquisition Lead candidate will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruiting processes for our growing departments.

He/she will effectively manage sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring activities in Central and Eastern Europe, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The Talent Acquisition Lead will also support in identifying applicant pools, assessing the candidates, and onboarding the employees. The requisitions will be pharmaceutical industry focused including commercial, medical, PV, marketing, market access and supply chain.

You will act as a sparring partner to our people leaders on Talent Acquisition topics while supporting our future growth. You will develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies ensuring hiring goals are met with the best possible talent.

This position may be based anywhere in the Central and Eastern Europe.

  • Driving the end-to-end recruiting processes for our growing departments
  • Collaborating closely with and act as a trusted advisor in all Talent Acquisition matters to both new and experienced hiring managers
  • Maintaining consistent traffic across our pipelines by uncovering new channels, promoting internal referrals and developing creative strategies to source and attract top talent
  • Continuing to raise the bar in terms of candidate experience, by innovating and implementing thoughtful approaches to recruiting
  • Providing systems support to hiring managers as needed
  • Preparing recruitment related metrics, including monthly, annual and ad hoc reports
  • Coordinating with recruitment vendors (i.e., advertisers, external job boards, background check vendor and recruitment and temporary agencies) as needed
  • Assisting in developing recruitment training tools, programs and other necessary requirements to ensure Hiring Managers are equipped with correct recruitment practices
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned


  • Degree educated in human resources, business administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition.
  • Must have prior experience of sourcing candidates within the CEE region, ideally possessing an established network of contacts in this location
  • Previous experience of helping a start-up business scale at pace is a distinct advantage
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting, specifically LinkedIn recruiter knowledge is required
  •  You are a dynamic self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
  •  Fluent written and verbal language skills in English is a prerequisite
