This position is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week based in Downtown Toronto, providing support to teams in Canada, Latin America and broader international markets.

 

Responsibilities

The Help Desk Administrator's responsibilities include answering a wide range of technical IT issues, managing a high level of permissions for the organization's platforms, such as Office 365 and others. The Help Desk Administrator reports to the Help Desk manager in Medison’s Israeli HQ. Other responsibilities include:

  • Offering tech solutions to end users in all IT aspects (i.e. Windows 10/11, Operating system, antivirus, printers, security systems etc.)
  • Providing day-to-day support and response to service incidents
  • Diagnosing and resolving IT technical issues involving internet connectivity
  • Providing support for the entire company (both locally and remotely)

 

Requirements

Position requirements (all are compulsory):

  • 1-4 years of experience as a PC Technician or IT Help-Desk
  • Extensive knowledge of Win10/11 system
  • Extensive knowledge of Office365 platforms, including troubleshooting
  • Service-oriented approach
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish at a very high level is mandatory for this position
