The Junior HR Business Partner (Junior HRBP) supports the HR team in delivering key human resources services and initiatives within the EPM region. The Junior HRBP partners with business managers, employees, and the broader HR team to contribute to the implementation of HR programs, drive company values, and support organizational growth. This role serves as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR processes and procedures. Some international travel may be required

Responsibilities

Support HR Services Delivery

  • Assist in delivering core HR services, such as recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, learning and development activities, and performance management processes.
  • Provide initial guidance and support to employees and managers on individual employee matters and HR-related inquiries.

Collaborate with Managers

  • Partner with managers to ensure smooth implementation of people-related initiatives, including talent development, succession planning, and engagement programs.
  • Act as a resource for people managers, helping them understand and apply HR policies and tools.

Employee Experience & Development

  • Assist in organizing internal development programs, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Work closely with the Senior HRBP to identify individual and team development needs and propose relevant solutions.

HR Initiatives & Projects

  • Contribute to the implementation of group, regional, and local HR initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support key HR processes, such as annual performance reviews, talent discussions, and employee engagement surveys.

HR Administration

  • Ensure compliance with local HR policies, procedures, and employment laws under guidance from the HR team.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist in preparing reports for the HR team and management.

Change Agent

  • Actively support the Regional HRBP in driving organizational change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in human resources, preferably within an international or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Basic understanding of HR disciplines, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Eager to learn and grow within the HR function.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR systems.
